Leadership Labs

In 2025, PERC successfully delivered four Leadership Labs designed to strengthen youth engagement and capacity in the environmental sector across Canada. These two-hour sessions, which combined targeted workshops with professional networking opportunities, provided young participants with valuable exposure to career development and non-profit leadership.
